FreebieFree.com selects and gives away what we consider to be high quality prizes for our giveaway promotions. We make every effort to ensure that our prize winning members are happy.
Every newsletter will have that weeks giveaway prize winner(s) listed. If you see your name in the Giveaway Prize Winner section of the newsletter send a email to winners Giveaway prizes will be shipped within two business days. Winners have seven (7) days to claim their prize. Prizes not claimed within seven (7) days will not be awarded to the member whose name was drawn and will instead be returned to the prize pool for a future giveaway. Prizes will be shipped from a third party via USPS, FedEx or UPS and with a tracking number to ensure delivery. FreebieFree.com is not responsible for prizes that may become lost or stolen after shipping however if such an unfortunate event should transpire FreebieFree.com will contact the vendor on behalf of the winner and try to correct the problem. We will not ship replacement prizes. The prizes are not redeemable in cash and must be accepted as awarded. Prizes are non-transferable. By claiming the prize, the winner authorizes the use, without additional compensation, of his or her name for promotion and/or advertising purposes on our website winners page and in our newsletter. FreebieFree.com retains the rights, at its absolute and sole discretion, to make substitutions of equivalent kind or approximate value in the event of the unavailability of any prize or component of the prize for any reason whatsoever. An example of such a situation might be if a pink ipod was given away as a prize and at the time of shipment our vendor had no pink ipods in stock. At that time FreebieFree.com may substitute a purple ipod. Images of the prizes are obtained from third party vendors and are provided as examples; the true prizes received will not necessarily look exactly like the advertising photographs. These giveaway promotions are subject to the laws of the United States. These giveaway promotions are void where prohibited by law. Employees of FreebieFree.com, the giveaway sponsors, advertising and promotional agencies and their respective affiliates and associates and such employees' immediate family members and persons with whom such employees are domiciled are excluded from our giveaway promotions.
